We had the perfect day for making Easter Egg nests. It was a warm, sunny 80 degrees and the kids lasted all of about 3 minutes in the sun when "work" was required. We walked down to the thick patch of bluebonnets in front of our house and all of a sudden I heard "I'm tired. I'm hungry." This year's wildflowers are beautiful and we have a wide variety to chose from on our property. The kids picked up enough flowers to make one nest and I picked up the slack on the other two.
